FLIGHT UPDATE

Oregon Helicopters is currently flying tours Friday’s through Sundays. Online booking calendars are kept up to date. During operations, the company takes the following safety precautions which have kept passengers and staff healthy through the period of the pandemic.

  • Employees and passengers will wear masks during their time onboard the helicopter
  • All flights will be private – i.e. Oregon Helicopters will not mix groups of passengers onboard a single flight.
  • No more than 6 people will be allowed on the heliport at a time.
  • Oregon Helicopters sanitizes the cockpit of the helicopter prior to every flight.

All tours and gift cards are on sale for a limited time! Good for one year (and good for a whole lot of fun). A reminder too – if you are considering booking – that you may reschedule or refund any tour up to the day before the flight with no fee or penalty. COVID-19 FLIGHT FAQ’s

Is my currently booked flight/tour going ahead on schedule?

Oregon Helicopters is pausing tours between November 18 and at least December 2nd. If your flight is outside those dates we are currently planning to fly as scheduled. We will advise however when and if the situation changes.

When will flights/tours resume?

Currently we plan to resume flights on December 3rd.

What are my options if my tour was postponed due to the virus?

You may reschedule your booking for any available date after December 2nd, or leave the booking “open ended” (i.e. not set a specific date) and later choose a date up to one year from your originally scheduled flight date.

What is the earliest date I can book for?

At the moment we are allowing bookings to be made from December 3rd on.

I had a Groupon that was set to expire. Will it be valid?

Absolutely. Anyone with a Groupon for a helicopter tour set to expire can use that voucher through September 1st 2021. Contact us when you know the date you want to fly.

If I buy a gift card now at a discount, when can it be redeemed?

Gift cards purchased at a 25% discount will be valid for one year from December 2nd. It’s time for Christmas shopping!

What is your policy on masks?

Due to the current health concerns and for the safety and peace of mind of all passengers, Oregon Helicopters is requiring a mask be worn by all people onboard the helicopter for the duration of their flight. You must bring your own mask.
